Return policy

We at Alphonso's Choice stand behind the quality and design of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things might not turn out as expected. Our return policy aims to ensure that your shopping experience with us remains hassle-free and enjoyable.

1. Return period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return process

  1. Initiate a return by contacting our customer service at support@jmango360.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack the item securely, include a copy of the packing slip (or a note with your order number, name, email address, and phone number), and write your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Send the package using a trackable method. Alphonso's Choice is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@jmango360.com with details and photos if applicable.

5. Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.

6. Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. International returns

Please contact our customer service for specific instructions on international returns. Note that customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
