  • In-store pickup: Pick up your order for FREE from our store located at Barbara Strozzilaan 201, Amsterdam 1083 HN, Netherlands. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
  • Home delivery: We offer home delivery, with shipping costs varying depending on your location and the order totals.

2. Free shipping

  • Local shipping: For orders within the Netherlands, enjoy FREE shipping on every order over €200 without discount code.
  • International shipping: For orders outside the Netherlands, we offer FREE shipping on every order over €300 without discount code. 

3. Shipping timeframes

  • Local shipping: Deliveries within the Netherlands typically arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping: Depending on the destination, international deliveries can take anywhere from 5-15 business days after dispatch.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Customs & duties for international shipping

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be applied, which are not included in our product prices and shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Alphonso's Choice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

6. Shipping restrictions

Certain restrictions may prevent us from shipping particular products to all geographical locations. If we're unable to ship a specific item to your desired delivery address, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Missed deliveries

If you're not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt a re-delivery. After multiple failed delivery attempts, your package may be returned to us. If this happens, we will reach out to you to discuss potential re-shipping charges.
