QUICK STUDY
- For an even application, wet the brush first then dip and roll into Cake Eyeliner
- For a thin line, use only the tip of the brush and very little pressure; for a thicker line, apply more pressure to the brush
- For a natural more sheer application use more water, for more concentrated intensity use less water
- Allow liner to dry completely before fully opening the eye
- Mix with Brow Fix or Face Primer for a more gel-like texture
